I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Health Science and Applied Science in Osteopathy and RMIT. Alongside my studies, I work as a pool lifeguard and serve as a sports trainer for the Greensborough Football Club in the NFNL. I find great joy in my work as a sports trainer, as it allows me to apply the knowledge I've gained from my current studies and put it into practice. Additionally, I am proud to be one of the receptionists at Muna Osteopathy and Wellness.
To unwind and relax, I prioritise staying active. I enjoy playing netball, running, and going to the gym. Spending quality time with friends, going for walks with my beloved golden retriever named Harvey, and watching movies with my housemates. It's important for me to practice what I preach and prioritise self-care.
I love that Osteopathy considers the biological, psychological, and social aspects of a patient's well-being. It can help individuals experiencing pain, as well as those with chronic or acute illnesses or injuries, offering them a pathway to live a pain-free life.
