Growing up in regional Victoria, my fascination with the body’s ability to heal started early. Helping my mother, a massage therapist, with her clients sparked my curiosity about human anatomy and hands on therapy. This foundation inspired me to pursue osteopathy, a practice that perfectly blends movement, science, and manual therapy.
Now based in Melbourne, I’ve developed an approach that combines direct, hands on therapy with more gentle, indirect techniques. I enjoy adapting my treatments to meet the unique needs of each patient. I have a special interest in chronic pain management and continue to deepen my knowledge in this area to provide the best possible care.
I believe in creating meaningful connections, not only within the clinic but with my patients. Building trust and fostering collaboration are at the heart of what I do, as I work to help you feel empowered and supported every step of the way.
Outside of my professional life, I love spending time in nature, whether it's camping with my dog, Tex, cycling, or practicing mindfulness through hot yoga and meditation.
