I was drawn to osteopathy by the caring and nurturing nature of osteopaths I encountered while overcoming sports injuries. Osteopathy combines evidence-based science with a holistic approach, addressing body, mind, and spirit, this is what lead me to complete a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT University. My vision is to empower patients to take control of their health goals in a supportive environment.
Treating everyone with compassion and equality, I value individuality and inclusivity in a safe environment. In my spare time, I enjoy an active lifestyle, immersing myself in nature, reading, and exploring eastern spirituality. I utilise techniques such as soft tissue massage, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, joint manipulation, dry needling, and cupping.
Forming deep connections with patients and embracing the endless possibilities of osteopathy make me love this practice. I wish more people understood that pain is a signal for change, not an indicator of a broken body. Simple things like spending time with loved ones, the ocean, and a beautiful sunrise bring a smile to my face.
