I graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy), and am an APPI certified Clinical Pilates instructor.
As a gymnast for many years, I had my fair share of injuries and started seeing an osteopath as a teenager. I was immediately fascinated by what they did and certainly saw the benefits for myself. It’s become somewhat of a family affair for me as I am one of now 4 osteopaths in my family. I love the holistic principles behind osteopathy, and being given the opportunity to help educate people about their own health.
I use a combination of hands-on techniques, exercise and movement prescription, and lifestyle advice in my consultations in order to provide personalised management plans that suit you and your individual goals. I aim to help get you back doing what you love.
In my spare time I am attempting to learn Spanish (very slowly!), and enjoy spending as much time as I can by the ocean and with my dog. I love to travel, jump on trampolines, and secretly wish I could run away with the circus.
